IPRA-CINDER General Secretariat

At the last IPRA-CINDER General Assembly, held in Costa Rica on the occasion of the XXIII International Congress, Mr. Alfonso Candau was re-elected as Secretary General. Mr. Eduardo Martínez, who had held the position of Deputy Secretary since 2012, announced his decision to leave that position. In his place, Ms. Carmen Miquel Lasso de la Vega, was proposed and elected as Deputy Secretary. She has been collaborating with IPRA-CINDER since 2016 and this congress has been the coordinator of the Scientific Commission,
