Legal property registries in the face of artificial intelligence

Today we are publishing the paper presented by Mr. Pau Cuquerella, Spanish land registrar, last December in Costa Rica at the 23rd IPRA-CINDER International Congress.

This project poses the problem of the implementation of the Artificial Intelligence technological tools in the functioning of the Property Registry, meticulously analyzing which would be the consequences of its use in every phase of the registry procedure.
