At the IPRA-CINDER international conferences, during the closing dinner there is a small ceremony in which outstanding personalities who have made significant contributions in the field of registry law and of IPRA-CINDER itself are recognised and honoured. This recognition is awarded to individuals who, throughout their professional careers, have demonstrated a strong commitment to the development, modernisation and dissemination of registry principles, as well as to the strengthening of the organisation and its mission.
The distinguished personalities who have received this recognition have excelled in various areas, including academia, jurisprudence, public administration and innovation in registry systems. Their contributions have been fundamental in improving legal security in the real estate and commercial spheres, promoting transparency, efficiency and accessibility in property registries. Among the award winners are registrars, jurists, academics, etc. who have worked tirelessly to consolidate registry law as a key discipline in the legal security of citizens and in the economic development of countries. This recognition awarded by IPRA-CINDER not only honours the careers and individual achievements of these personalities, but also seeks to encourage new generations of legal professionals to continue the work of strengthening registry systems and their positive impact on society.
Over the years, this award ceremony has become one of the most eagerly awaited traditions at IPRA-CINDER conferences, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to excellence and progress in registry law at an international level.
