Abstracts submission XXIII IPRA-CINDER Congress

From now until 30th May you can submit the abstracts for the XXIII IPRA-CINDER Costa Rica Congress.

At the end of February, the Congress website will be available with the platform for registration and submission of abstracts and papers. In the meantime, those who wish to submit the abstract of their work can do it through secretaria@cinder.info. However, the admission of the abstract will be limited on the registration of the speaker as a participant in the Congress.

The requirements to be met by the papers can be found in the Regulations of the Scientific Committee of the XXIII IPRA-CINDER Costa Rica 2024 Congress, which can be found at the following link.

The topics of the congress are the following:

• TOPIC 1: The land registry of the 21st century: Opportunities and challenges. Emergent requirements and new legal, organisational and technological challenges.
• TOPIC 2: Registration of the maritime-terrestrial zone. Prohibitions and limitations imposed by the public maritime-terrestrial domain. Historical enclaves and easements. Contribution of the land registry to environmental protection. Agenda 2030.

Please, note that as an international congress, the focus of the work must be global or comparative law, and cannot only deal with the positive law of the country.
