Situation Porto Congress

The IPRA CINDER Organizing Committee met via videoconference on Monday the 23^rd March, to analyze the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic in the organization of the XXII International Congress, scheduled to take place from the 6^th to the 9^th of October 2020.

Taking into account the international health authorities’ recommendations and because there are still six months to Congress, the committee decided to continue receiving inscriptions and abstracts and, by the end of May, when we will have more accurate information about the current situation on a global scale, we will come back to you with a more thoughtful decision about the possible postponement of the date.

We wish to highlight that the XXII IPRA CINDER Congress, whether this year or next spring will be an excellent opportunity to be together!

Meanwhile, we keep on doing our best, focusing our concerns on what is now most urgent, the contribution and responsibility of each of us and of the entities to which we belong, in containing the spread of the virus and safeguarding public health.
