The next IPRA-CINDER congress will take place in Costa Rica, during the 4 to 6 December 2024 as approved in the General Assembly that took place on the 18th May 2022 once finished the XXII IPRA-CINDER Congress.

The congress will take place in San José during the 4th to 6th December 2024

The topics of the congress are:

• TOPIC 1: The land registry of the 21st century: Opportunities and challenges. Emergent requirements and new legal, organisational and technological challenges.
• TOPIC 2: Registration of the maritime-terrestrial zone. Prohibitions and limitations imposed by the public maritime-terrestrial domain. Historical enclaves and easements. Contribution of the land registry to environmental protection. Agenda 2030.

Please note that in the case of an international congress, the focus of the paper must be global or comparative law, and cannot be limited to the positive law of the country.
